Our 2024 Liquor of the Year goes to Lux Row Distillers Four Grain Double Single Barrel bourbon whiskey from the Bardstown, Kentucky based distillery. It stood out above all other pours and scored 98 points!
Coming in at Number 2 is Heaven’s Door Ascension. In 2018 musical icon Bob Dylan launched Heaven’s Door Whisky. In 2023 Heaven’s Door Ascension was the inaugural Kentucky Straight Bourbon for the Tennessee based company.
Coming in at Number 3 on on Top 5 Countdown of 2024 is Baker’s 7 Year Single Barrel Bourbon. Baker’s is probably the least known of the four bourbons that make up Jim Beam’s Small Batch Collection. The others are Basil Hayden, Knob Creek and Booker’s Bourbon.
